Limited Warranty on Materials & Workmanship

Thank you for choosing Sheds On-Site LLC. We build our sheds with pride and stand behind the quality of our work.

This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage for your new shed.

1. What is Covered?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use during the Warranty Period.

2. Warranty Period
This warranty is effective for two (2) years from the date of your shed’s completion and installation.

3. What We Will Do
If a defect in materials or workmanship appears during the warranty period, Sheds On-Site LLC will, at our discretion:

• Repair the defective component(s) at no charge, or

• Replace the defective component(s) with new or refurbished parts.

Any replaced parts will be covered by this warranty for the remainder of the original warranty term or for two years from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

4. What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Improper maintenance, abuse, or neglect.

• Accidents, fire, floods, or other Acts of God.

• Damage caused by pests (insects, rodents, etc.).

• Failure to follow our recommended care instructions.

• Alterations or modifications made to the shed by anyone other than Sheds On-Site LLC.
