Free On-Site Installation

You do not have to worry about taking down fences or having trucks drive over your lawn. We hand carry all shed materials in through your gate.

2x6 Floor Joists

Your shed is built with 2x6 floor joist 16” oc and 3/4 Plywood Floor Sheating are use to build our sheds. Most other shed companies use 2x4's. Our floor is super strong and extremely durable.

T-Handle Locking Door Knob

Your shed will have a locking T handle with a set of keys.

Solid Block or Tuff Blocks Footings

Your shed will be leveled on solid cement blocks and or tuff blocks to avoid any direct contact with the ground for a long lasting shed minimizing rotting and or insect damage.

Hurricane Ties

Your shed is built with strong hurricane ties that are designed to resist high winds and seismic forces by positively connecting trusses/rafters to the top of the wall of the structure.

Gable Vents

Your shed will have 2 gable air vents for proper ventilation.

30 Year Architectural Shingles

Your shed roof will be completed with your choice of color of architectural shingles.


Windows 18x27

Depending the size your shed price includes 1 or 2 windows.

Sheds up to 80 sq ft include one window.

Sheds over 81 sq ft include two windows.

4” Roof Overhangs

Your shed will have a 4" overhang around the roof line to help keep the shed dry in bad weather.

Shingle Underlayment

Your shed roof will also have shingle underlayment that keeps rain and water on the outside of your shed. This means improved waterproofing for a long lasting shed.

LP Smart Side Wall Panels

Your shed is built with LP Smartside wall panels. They are incredibly resistant to moisture, making more durable than other siding products. It is heavy duty exterior grade panel pre primed in natural tan color.

2x4 Wall Construction

Your shed wall frame is built with quality hand selected 2x4 wall studs framing lumber.

White PVC Trim

Your shed PVC trims will never rot! There’s nothing better than having something that requires 0 maintenance.
